Observer encounter with Border Patrol leads to court filing alleging "retaliation"

Technology is a major talking point in Minnesota's U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement surge. Some of it is meant to increase transparency and some is raising concerns about privacy. A woman WCCO spoke to believes federal agents used facial recognition software to figure out who she was. It's detailed in a lawsuit filed against the Department of Homeland Security.
