Minnesota paid family leave program begins next month — what that means

Thousands of Minnesota workers will get paid leave starting next month to care for themselves or someone they love. The new law requires up to 12 weeks each of medical and family leave with a maximum of 20 weeks a year. It covers most workers and is supported by a payroll tax increase. The change is also big for businesses. WCCO's Caroline Cummings shares some of their excitement and worry.
