Mankato woman accuses neighbors of trying to poison her dog
A Mankato woman says her neighbors tried poisoning her dog and others. Video shows rodent bait blocks in the front lawn of a couple's home. Now, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison is involved. Neighbors told WCCO’s Frankie McLister it’s caused tension on a quiet street.
