Man recounts terrifying moments a carjacker shot him in St. Paul

Only on WCCO, a man is finally home from the hospital after he was shot and left in a parking lot by a violent carjacker. It happened in broad daylight on his lunch break. As Ubah Ali reports, he never saw it coming.
