Man recounts carjacking that led to deadly Minneapolis crash

For the first time, we're hearing from a man who narrowly escaped a carjacking in South Minneapolis that started a deadly chain of events. WCCO's Ubah Ali talked with the driver who got away before a violent crime spree tore through the city.
