Man killed in mass shooting at Minneapolis bar

A man was killed and three others hurt in a shooting inside a downtown Minneapolis bar late Tuesday night. WCCO’s Reg Chapman spoke with the mother of the deceased, who said she can't understand how someone was allowed inside a bar, when there was security, with a gun.
