Low-income treatment centers' funding at stake amid federal cuts

EOSIS is a group of treatment centers formerly known as Meridian Health that serve low-income people. This legislative session, Sen. John Hoffman, the chair of the Senate Human Services Committee, helped secure funding for them. That funding is now is in jeopardy with possible federal cuts.
