Judge OKs return of Minnesota man deported to Africa
A judge has granted the return of Kenis Lopez, a Minnesota man who was deported to the Central African Republic, the man’s attorney said Friday evening. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents arrested him in 2022, claiming his paperwork was fake.
