ICE officer pleads not guilty to lying to FBI about Minneapolis shooting
The ICE agent charged with shooting a man during Operation Metro Surge appeared in federal court this morning. Christian Castro is accused of firing a single shot through the door of a Minneapolis duplex, striking Julio Sosa-Celis, in the foot. John Lauritsen was in the courtroom in St. Paul and talked with Castro’s attorney after the hearing.
