Here's why more cars are stolen in Minneapolis instead of St. Paul

In the first two months of 2026, crime data shows there were nearly 200 cars stolen in St. Paul. That's compared to more than 1,000 in Minneapolis during that same time. Law enforcement says there are some real reasons behind that dramatic disparity. Conor Wright has the story.
