Gov. Walz hosts meeting last night about SRO officers
The meeting was about a new law affecting school resource officers. Dozens of police agencies pulled their officers out of schools over concerns the officers could be sued under the new law if they use any kind of physical contact. Attorney General Keith Ellison put out another clarification yesterday -- saying officers can use 'reasonable force' when they need to.
