Fourth of July celebration will be a bit different at Minneapolis’ Boom Island this year

The Fourth is kicking off early in Minneapolis. There will be a big display of color and lights tonight at 10. But as Susan-Elizabeth Littlefield explains, the Boom Island celebration will be different this year.
