Federal judge blocks Texas' consequential immigration law

Just hours after the U.S. Supreme Court said it could temporarily take effect, a federal appeals court issued a new order effectively blocking a law that lets Texas state officials arrest, jail and prosecute migrants suspected of crossing the southern border illegally.
