Family of Minnesota Marine declared dead says they're "devastated and heartbroken"
The search is on for a U.S. Marine who was reported missing off the coast of California on Thursday. The U.S. Military said Lance Cpl. Armando Ortiz Canseco was lost at sea during a training operation while working on the USS Anchorage. He was declared dead on Saturday. His family, who lives in Richfield, says they're devastated.
