Fallen Burnsville officers to be honored in Washington D.C.

A fundraiser is helping send Burnsville police officers to Washington D.C. for Police Week next year, where the names of officers Paul Elmstrand and Matt Ruge will be dedicated to the Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Wall.
