Despite "texting while driving" bans, here's how common distracted driving remains

A survey from Nationwide Insurance finds that most drivers are well aware of texting bans while driving. But most also say they're still seeing a lot of people texting while driving, and only one in 10 admit to reading and writing emails while driving.
