Bill would force Minnesota authorities to disclose chemicals in some instances
Police sprayed chemicals inside former House Speaker Melissa Hortman's home last summer while searching for her and her husband's killer. The Hortman's son says that it caused damage that required extensive cleanup. A new proposal at the Capitol would require authorities to share what kind of chemicals they use when trying to catch someone or executing a warrant.
