Parts of southwestern Minnesota are under an enhanced risk for severe weather on Monday night, while other parts of the state are under a slight or marginal risk, according to NEXT Weather meteorologist Chris Shaffer. High temperatures on Tuesday will be in the 70s and 80s across most of the state.
