MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police in Wyoming, Minnesota have called on their SWAT team to assist in a standoff with a man suspected of domestic assault Tuesday.

The Chisago County Sheriff's Office says police called on the SWAT team at about 12:30 p.m. after the suspect went to a residence off of Highway 8, where he had access to weapons.

The sheriff's office says the man is alone at the home.
