What Is Your New Year's Resolution? WCCO Crew Shares Theirs

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – One of the signatures of starting a new year is a resolution. We start the new year with a clean slate and vow to either take a temptation out of our lives or do something to make ourselves healthier and happier.

Some popular resolutions include eating better, exercising more and giving up smoking. Some vow to give more of their time and money to charity.

What do you plan to do for your new year's resolution for 2014? The WCCO This Morning team shared theirs on New Year's Eve.

Jamie Yuccas said her resolution is to become more organized both at work and at home. Natalie Nyhus said her she plans to work on being mindful, the practice of living in and accepting the present moment. She got the idea from a health magazine and said it mainly revolves around not regretting the past and moving forward.

Jason DeRusha said his resolution is to be more fully present with his family and less attached to his electronic devices, mainly his iPhone.
