Weekend Looks To Bring Top 10 Weather Day, Highs Near 50
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – The forecast heading into the weekend calls for rain, highs near 50 and a Top 10 Weather Day.
WCCO-TV forecaster Kylie Bearse says clouds will wash over northern Minnesota Thursday night, and most communities won't see snow.
Instead, rain will fall overnight, and by Friday morning showers could swing down over the Twin Cities metro area.
The early rain will be followed by a day of clouds and wind, but highs Friday will climb close to 50 degrees.
Saturday is shaping up to be a Top 10 Weather Day. The wind will likely quiet down, the skies look to be partly cloudy and the mercury is expected to rise to the mid-40s.
Many communities will see melting, and it'll continue into next week, as temperatures look to remain above average.
