Tree Falls On Woman, 22, Riding ATV In St. Louis County
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - A 22-year-old Alexandria, Minnesota, woman riding an ATV was struck by a large falling tree in St. Louis County.
Amber Franks was taken by North Memorial Air to a Duluth-area hospital with serious injuries.
The tree, blown down by high winds, landed on Franks around 4:20 p.m. Thursday in White Township, about five miles southwest of Aurora.
