The Good Life For Less: 'ReUse' It For A Good Price, Good Earth

Imagine yourself in a new bathroom.

(Really ... start picturing it!)

Your antique clawfoot bathtub sits on cherry hardwood floors as big arched stained-glass windows let the sun flood into the room.

OK ... now what do you think the price tag was on that room? A pretty penny right? A pretty BIG penny?

Well, save your pennies and start getting wise with the ReUse Center.

The ReUse Center, located in Minneapolis and Maplewood, sells salvaged, new and surplus reusable building materials.

You can find everything there from doors to lumber, to cabinets and every variety of hardware. Not to mention windows, plumbing fixtures, lumber, millwork, flooring, lighting, kitchen appliances and so much more.

The main mission of this non-profit is to keep the reusable materials out of a landfill, recycle it and sell it at an affordable price.

Insider Tip: if you are looking for something specific you could call them up and maybe get first picks at their next demo site.

What better way to live the good life then by getting what you need at a great price and helping the environment at the same time!
