Suspicious Minneapolis Death Ruled A Homicide
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The Hennepin County Medical Examiner has ruled the death of a man that Minneapolis Police found suspicious is indeed a homicide.
Minneapolis Fire Department officials responded to a medical emergency just after 3 p.m. on Tuesday at 1302 Linden Ave. A building supervisor had entered the apartment to check on the welfare of a resident, after receiving a request from family.
The caretaker found the resident unresponsive and called 911. EMTs determined the man was dead and that the death warranted a police investigation.
Minneapolis Police arrived at 3:20 p.m. and found that the man had possible stab wounds.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office said Wednesday that the death was a homicide.
No one is in custody at this time.

The identity of the man and exact cause of death will be released at a later time by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office.
