Minnesota State Fair Unveils 2017 Commemorative Art
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- The commemorative art for this year's Minnesota State Fair has been revealed.
The brightly-colored painting was created by St. Paul artist Ta-coumba T. Aiken, who says he wanted to show the "enormous amount of energy and positive spirit" at the fairgrounds.
It will be on display at the Fine Arts Center during the fair from August 24 to Labor Day.
