MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police are looking for a drive-by shooter who fired into a group of people outside a St. Paul bar, hitting one person.

Officers responded to the El Alamo around 12:30 a.m. Friday on a report of a shooting, said Steve Linders, St. Paul Police.

Investigators say someone in an SUV drove by the bar and opened fire.

According to Linders, a 35-year-old man was shot in the buttocks, but his injuries are non-life threatening.

The case is currently under investigation. Linders said there is no immediate threat to the public at this time.
