St. Paul Cheesecake Maker Hopes To Bring Treats To The White House
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A St. Paul bakery boxed up a special treat Saturday for a special trip to Washington D.C.
Tami Cabrera Weinmann, the owner of the Muddy Paw Cheesecake company, applied for an invitation to attend a holiday open house at the White House on Monday. She hopes to bring a gift to the Capitol.
"I'm going to try to bring cheesecake," she said. "I don't know if I can get it in, but I'm going to sure try."
Another Minnesotan is also attending the open house, where they will discuss technology and the economy.
