Situation On Hwy. 65 Stops Traffic In Blaine
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- An apparent crash stopped traffic along Highway 65 in Blaine Friday afternoon.
MnDOT cameras showed a significant back-up near the intersection with 93rd Lane Northeast.
What appeared to be a vehicle was seen in the ditch between the two veins of traffic.
