MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A search Saturday morning hopes to find the body of a woman who investigators believe is dead.

Michelle Newell, 45, of Vadnais Heights has been missing since the end of August. Investigators say she was last seen traveling with
51-year-old Timothy Barr of Lakeville.

Security footage shows the two of them together at a restaurant in Alexandria. Police say Barr told people he ran Newell over with his car.

The Minnesota Community Policing Services Foundation is leading a volunteer search for Newell on Saturday.

Barr was charged with murder, but those charges were later. Officials say there is a strong possibility of drugs being involved in the incident.
