Woman shot inside Rochester apartment building
ROCHESTER, Minn. — Police say a suspect is in custody after a woman was shot Friday morning at a downtown Rochester apartment complex.
The shooting happened just before 11:30 a.m. at Park Tower Apartments on Broadway Avenue near 1st Street Northeast.
Police say the victim is expected to survive, and a gun was recovered at the scene.
