Red Cow Competes In 'Blended Burger' Contest

The James Beard Foundation is challenging chef's in the Twin Cities and nationwide to feature "Blended Burgers."

The contest challenges chefs to blend finely chopped mushrooms for a more nutritious and sustainable burger.

Local burger restaurant Red Cow is in the running with their burger, which features Marsala wild mushrooms blended with angus beef, garlic mayo, fontina cheese and truffled shallots.
