Project Prom: Dreams Come True
For 11 years, Project Prom has given away new and gently used dresses to local teens at a two-day distribution. In 2017, nearly 200 girls representing more than 60 high schools from Minnesota and western Wisconsin found a free prom dress. This year's event is on March 17-18.
