Police Search Park For Robbery Suspect In St. Paul
ST. PAUL (WCCO) -- Dozens of officers from multiple organizations searched for a robbery suspect in the Cherokee Park area in St. Paul Monday.
The incident began at around 2 p.m. at a Mendota Heights Liquor in Mendota Heights. The suspect then drove a car to a high bridge near some bluffs at Cherokee Park.
Police are searching a large wooded area for the suspect, who might be armed.
Police describe the suspect as a balding white man in his 30s, wearing a gray shirt and jeans.
The man's car has been impounded.
