Police: Drunk Driver Arrested After Wrong-Way Crash
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- At least two people are recovering Sunday morning after a wrong-way crash on Interstate 94 in Minneapolis.
This was the scene between Broadway and Lowry around 1:30 a.m. Sunday morning.
Officials tell us the driver of the vehicle heading the wrong way was arrested for drunk driving.
