Man Shot, Killed In Minneapolis
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Police are investigating an overnight fatal shooting in Minneapolis, after a 23-year-old man was found shot in an alley.
Police responded to the scene around 4:30 a.m. Sunday to the 2700 block of 13th Avenue South after the Shotspotter system was activated. Upon arrival, officers found the man in the alley with an apparent gunshot wound.
He was transported to Hennepin County Medical Center, where he later died.
Police are asking for the public's assistance in this case. They don't have any suspects in custody at this time.
