Lightning Strike Sets Fire To St. Paul Home; No Injuries
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- A lightning strike set fire to a St. Paul home early Tuesday morning, according to the St. Paul Fire Department.
According to fire officials, fire crews responded at around 3:40 a.m. to a house fire on the 1600 block of Ashland Avenue.
Fire officials say a lightning strike started the fire.
The occupants, who were home at the time of the lightning strike, were uninjured.
The fire was quickly contained and extinguished.
