Ice Rinks Opening In Minneapolis Parks
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Minneapolis Parks and Recreation crews will begin opening rinks Wednesday.
Some rinks will be open in time for league play while all rinks will be open by Jan. 1, 2013 -- weather permitting.
