Google Upgrades Search Results For Medical Conditions
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – Would you trust Google to play doctor?
Google has a new update that will bring medical information directly in search results.
Normally, a search for something such as "headache on one side" will give you a little box explaining the condition along with a bunch of blue search results.
But now, underneath that little explainer will be a section outlining "health conditions related to this search."
Users will be presented with cards explaining what your symptom could mean.
For "headache on one side," Google said it could be a headache, migraine, tension headache and a lot of other options.
