Spoon & Stable Owner Working On New Project In Wayzata
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- There's going to be a second restaurant where you can enjoy Gavin Kaysen's cuisine.
The owner of the Twin Cities restaurant Spoon and Stable is opening a second restaurant in Wayzata. Kaysen says this one will be a French brasserie, and will have a bakery and a takeout option for boaters on Lake Minnetonka.
His current restaurant is in the North Loop and is located in what used to be a horse stable. He hopes the new restaurant will be open early next year.
