Garth Brooks Breaks Ticket Sales Record In Minneapolis
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Not a huge surprise -- when you add a whopping 11 shows in one city, it's probably only a matter of time. Still, Garth Brooks announced that his nearly two-week run slated for Minneapolis in November has shattered his North American ticket sales record.
An 11th show was announced last week after a number of his previously announced 10 shows were quickly selling out. The Minneapolis stop has resulted in more than 188,000 tickets sold -- and that number is still increasing.
