DeRusha Eats: Guilt-Free Bluefin Tuna
MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) -- Overfishing is literally making species like Orange Roughy and Red Snapper vanish from the seas. Bluefin tuna is another fish that's in serious trouble.
However, Jason DeRusha visited a sushi restaurant in Minneapolis that got a delivery of an 200 pound Bluefin -- that it's calling guilt-free.
