Battalion Chief Dies In Logging Accident
ROCHESTER, Minn. (AP) -- A battalion chief for the Rochester Fire Department has died in a logging accident.
Fire officials say Chuck Hermann was off duty at the time of the accident Thursday on property he owns.
The Post-Bulletin says Hermann was also an auctioneer who specialized in real estate. He was the owner of Hermann Auctions.
