MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) - Two vehicles collided in Stillwater on Monday, killing one driver and sending the other to the hospital.

Washington County Sheriff's Deputies responded around 4:30 p.m. The vehicles crashed at the 10000 block of Manning Avenue North.

Jerry Lee Johnson, 68, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The surviving driver, 20-year-old Kaia Page Kroll, was extricated from her car and brought to a local hospital for treatment. She was last listed in critical condition.

Neither vehicle had a passenger.

The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating the crash.

Stillwater Fire/Rescue, Lakeview EMS and the Stillwater Police Department also responded to the scene.
