Police In Miami-Dade Investigating Daytime Shooting That Involves A Juvenile
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Police are investigating a shooting in Northwest Miami-Dade.
Police say a juvenile was involved, though it's not yet clear how.
The shooting took place Thursday afternoon along Northwest 2nd Avenue and 84th Street.
Miami-Dade police confirm that the victim was shot in the upper torso.
That person was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital as a trauma alert, according to Miami-Dade Fire Rescue.
There is no word on the victim's age or their current condition.
