Monroe County Commissioner Eddie Martinez Facing Domestic Violence Charge
MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Monroe County Commissioner Eddie Martinez faced a judge Wednesday after being arrested on a domestic violence charge.
The alleged incident happened on Tuesday after the victim said Martinez had been drinking at a bar.
Martinez was arrested in Hialeah.
He has since posted bond.
