Miami Cop Hits Pedestrian
MIAMI (CBSMiami) - A City of Miami police officer and a pedestrian were both taken to the hospital early Saturday morning after the officer's patr0l car hit the pedestrian.
The accident happened shortly after midnight at SW 8th avenue and 1st Street in downtown Miami.
Miami police spokesprson Kenia Reyes said neither the officer nor the pedestrian were seriously hurt, and she was not able to provide the names of the victim or the officer.
