Convicted In Murder-For-Hire Case, Dalia Dippolito Takes Her Case To The US Supreme Court
MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Nearly ten years after she was convicted in a murder-for-hire plot to kill her husband, Dalia Dippolito is taking her case to the nation's highest court.
According to court documents, Dippolito filed a request with the US Supreme Court to review her case.
She claims she was set up by the jury.
The 37-year-old is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence in Ocala.
