Recipe From Home: Dill, Feta & Garlic Cream Cheese
Elizabeth Bailey shares her recipe from home for Dill, Feta & Garlic Cream Cheese.
Ingredients
* 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
* 1 (8 ounce) package feta cheese, crumbled
* 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
* 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
Directions
1. In a medium bowl, thoroughly blend cream cheese, feta cheese, garlic, and dill with an electric mixer.
2. Cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
3. Serve with crackers or bagels
Second option
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Place cheese mixture in an oven save bowl and bake of 12 - 15 minutes.
Sever with sliced french bread.
