Man Who Shot At Cop, Wife In Court
A Sterling Heights man shot in an exchange of gunfire with police will face a judge Thursday.
The 61-year-old will be arraigned on charges of assault with intent to Murder and felony firearms. He's accused of firing on his wife outside their home Tuesday in a domestic dispute, before turning the gun on police.
He suffered a minor gunshot wound to the head when police returned fire.
