Homeowner Arrested In Shooting Death Of Suspected Burglar
PONTIAC (WWJ) - A homeowner has been arrested in the shooting death of a suspected burglar. The burglar was shot while trying to break into the Pontiac home.
Oakland County Sheriff's deputies found the 23-year old suspect lying outside a home on Longfellow Avenue late Monday night.
A person inside the home told investigators the man who was shot tried to get into the home through a bedroom window.
The home where the shooting occurred had been shot up in a drive-by shooting two weeks ago.
